Text version

Alliance Enterprises, Inc. (Alliance), the vendor who supplies the Aware Case Management System, has a strategic agreement with SaraWorks for the purpose of integrating the Sara™ Digital Assistant with Aware. This combination will seamlessly integrate the two product offerings and drastically reduce the need for IT resources. By streamlining communication, counselors regain precious time to enhance client relationships.

Alliance will be offering a standard interface and hosting option from the Aware VR system to Sara™.

The integration will be offered in a three-phased approach.

Phase 1 – Hosting Solution

The first phase provides a hosting solution that includes an end-to-end solution for the Aware VR to Sara™ interface. This allows Alliance to host the Sara™ windows service within their hosted environment.

Phase 2 – Interface Development

The second phase includes developing a standardized interface between Aware and the Sara™ system to improve the speed of planning, development, and deployment of existing and future interfaces.

Phase 3 – Evaluation of Current Functionality

The third and final phase involves evaluating our current functionality within Aware. This phase includes any enhancements that may facilitate a streamlined process for communication between Aware VR and the Sara™ system by using a direct Application Programming Interface (API) integration.
