The document details a sole source procurement for uniforms for Emergency Medical Technician (EMT), Paramedic, and Fire school sponsorship students attending Eastern Florida State College (EFSC). The sole source procurement is for All Uniform Wear, identified as the only local vendor capable of providing in-person uniform fitting and ordering services after the previous vendor went out of business. The procurement allows potential respondents to challenge the sole source designation by providing technical evidence demonstrating they can meet or exceed the requirements, with Brevard County reserving the right to cancel the notice and pursue a formal solicitation if compelling alternative proposals are received. While no specific pricing details are provided in the document, the procurement appears to be a direct acquisition without specific set-aside designations or restrictions.
