The agreement requires comprehensive commercial general liability and automobile liability coverage, and mandates that bidders be registered on SAM.gov. Financial protections for the City are established through multiple bond requirements, including Performance, Labor and Material Payment, and Maintenance and Guarantee Bonds. The City reserves the right to reject any bids and may award the contract to a non-lowest bidder if deemed in the city's best interest. The contract incorporates the City of Jackson's Purchasing Manual and is binding on the parties, their heirs, personal representatives, and assigns.
