About this file

The document provided is a paving plan for the Albany Bus Garage, which details the proposed construction activities for the Albany Bus Garage Paving Project. The project involves the installation of 12" RCP (150LF), protection of existing drainage pipes, installation of new catch basins and manholes, and conversion of existing catch basins to manholes. The paving work includes a 2.5" mill and inlay (155,000 SF) and full-depth reconstruction (8,500 SF) with 2.5" 19.0mm Poly and 4.5" 37.5mm layers. The work is to be completed over two weekends, with no restrictions on the work hours. The paving work is to be phased, with the mill and inlay to be completed facility-wide, followed by the full-depth reconstruction of the bus wash exit and the tube-out area on the south side of the garage.

The contract opportunity is for the Bus Facility Paving project in Massachusetts. The project is being managed by the state, and the document indicates that three total weekends will be allowed for the construction activities, with concurrent phases pending approval from operations. The document does not provide details on pricing terms, set-asides, incumbents, funding requirements or sources, or any other salient information.
