The SOW outlines the requirement to clean all interior surfaces, fans, coils, and drain pans associated with the eleven air handlers that serve the health center. The contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, materials, transportation, and supplies to complete the work. Key tasks include cleaning the air handler coils, fans, interior surfaces, and drain pans using a low-VOC, low-odor, and non-toxic disinfecting cleaner. The contractor must be mindful of minimizing downtime, as the air handlers serve all patient care areas. The period of performance is 90 days from the notice to proceed, and the work must be conducted during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. This SOW is associated with a pre-solicitation notice for the air handler coil cleaning requirement, which may be set aside for Indian Economic Enterprises under the Buy-Indian Act or procured through full and open competition.
