About this file

This document is a Responses to Bidders' Questions for a Documented Quote (DQ) issued by the Community College of Denver for interior and exterior signage installation at the Boulder Creek Health and Science Center. The project requires vendors to provide signage solutions, including logos with specific dimensions of 3 inches deep and mounted 1.5 inches off the wall. While an October 2026 completion date was initially specified, the college confirmed flexibility in the timeline, allowing installation through the end of December 2026 since building occupancy is not scheduled until early 2027. Respondents may submit extended timelines with completion dates in early November if needed.

Regarding licensing and qualifications, the solicitation does not require vendors to submit copies of licenses or registrations with their initial quote; however, the awarded respondent and any subcontractors must obtain and maintain all applicable licenses, registrations, and insurance required to perform work within Colorado and other relevant jurisdictions prior to commencing work and throughout the project duration. The document does not address pricing terms, set-asides, or specific funding sources, as these details were not included in the questions and answers provided.
