The quote was issued on April 5, 2017, with responses due by April 14, 2017, at 3:00 p.m. Mountain Time. A mandatory walk-through was scheduled for April 10, 2017, at 3:00 p.m. at the Student Success Building, located at 890 Auraria Parkway #410, Denver, Colorado. All official communications during the solicitation process were to be conducted through the Colorado Vendor Self Service (ColoradoVSS) platform. The resulting purchase order or contract award was expected to be effective through approximately June 30, 2018. AHEC intended to award to one vendor capable of fulfilling MSU's needs.

Vendors were required to submit costs on the provided Cost Sheet with all expenses, including shipping, handling, and delivery charges, included in the quoted price on an F.O.B. Destination basis to Auraria Central Receiving at 1201 5th Street, Denver, Colorado 80204. Quoted costs were required to remain firm for 90 days after the quote due date, and awarded costs must remain firm through contract expiration. It is the intent of the Auraria Higher Education Center (AHEC) Procurement Office to receive quotes on behalf the Metropolitan State University of Denver (MSU), Engineering Technology Department for a Seismic Shake Table.

1.2 Costs

Quote costs must remain firm for 90 days after quote due date.

1.3 ColoradoVSS

The State of Colorado has transitioned to a financial management system called the Colorado Operations Resource Engine (CORE). https://codpa-vss.hostams.com/webapp/PRDVSS1X1/AltSelfService

Solicitation details for goods and services, as well as construction notices on ColoradoVSS are public and do not require registration. Once registered, suppliers are able to receive notifications in categories of interest.

There is no cost to register on ColoradoVSS. If you have not registered and would like to become a registered supplier on ColoradoVSS click here.

During the solicitation process for this documented quote, all official communication with vendors will be via notices on ColoradoVSS, so it is highly encouraged that vendors register. Notices may include any modifications to administrative or performance requirements, answer to inquires received, clarifications to requirements, and the announcement of the apparent winning vendor. It is incumbent upon vendors to carefully and regularly monitor ColoradoVSS for any such notices.
