Reciprocity is mandated by statute. Cause is defined as failure to meet requirements of the written specifications and conditions or correct deficiencies upon receipt of notice. Failure to maintain satisfactory performance after notice will be sufficient cause for immediate cancellation of the award. In the event of default, AHEC may make an award to another vendor in the competitive range, or to re-solicit at its discretion.
