About this file
This is Addendum No. 1 to ITN 002-24/25 issued by the Florida Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA) for the Enhanced Provider Network Auditing Program. The addendum modifies the solicitation timeline with key dates including: written questions due January 20, 2025; Agency responses to questions by February 11, 2025; responses due March 11, 2025 at 2:00 PM ET with public opening at 3:00 PM ET; negotiations scheduled for March 31 - May 5, 2025; and anticipated notice of intent to award on May 15, 2025. The addendum also modifies browser compatibility requirements to include Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Edge, requiring compatibility with all browsers recognized by the World Wide Web Consortium within 6 months of official release.
The addendum includes 37 questions and answers clarifying various aspects of the program. Key clarifications include: the system should be hosted in the vendor's environment; onsite secret shoppers will verify provider addresses, hours, signage and accessibility rather than book appointments; only Contract Manager, Data Analytics Director and Secret Shopper Manager require references; and this is a new program with no historical data available. The Q&A addresses technical requirements, staffing, reporting formats, security standards and performance metrics but does not modify the core scope or payment terms of the original solicitation.

To ensure secure and efficient access to the system by all appropriate external users, can you provide detailed information regarding:
1. The specific external user roles (e.g., Agency Staff, Managed Care
Plan Staff, Providers, and other stakeholders) and the anticipated number of users for each role.
2. The concurrency requirements for each external user role, including the expected number of users logged in simultaneously during peak hours.
3. The anticipated peak user volume and the typical user volume during off-peak hours for external users.
4. The secure login protocols or mechanisms required for external users
(e.g., Multi-Factor Authentication, Single Sign-On) and whether different access levels are necessary for different user roles to ensure proper data security and access control.
Currently, system access is intended for Agency staff and potentially plan staff (in a limited capacity). At this time, this is not intended for providers or other stakeholders.
