Each vendor presentation will consist of a 20-minute live demonstration followed by a 10-minute question-and-answer session, with multiple time slots available between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. on each day. Vendors may participate remotely via Microsoft Teams or attend in-person, with attendance limited to five staff members per session.
