2. Q: Are the stair treads are 2x12's or 10's?

A: 2 X 10'S

A: No treatment ... bare wood.

4. Q: Does the new stair treads, platforms and floor need painting or staining or treating ( how many coats)?

A: I'm certain that some will require grinding or cutting - no idea on how many will simply unbolt.

7. Q: Are generators allowed on site?

A: Yes

8. Q: How much flooring would you guess is resuable?

A: None

9. Q: Can I use any kind of motorized 4x4 or motorcycle, or pull cart to haul material in or out?

A: No, no motorized vehicles beyond the end of the access point.

10. Q: Does all of the waste wood need to be removed or can they be placed in burn piles?

A: Yes, all waste/scrap needs to be removed from the site.
