Q: If we use an enclosed type trailer system for cold weather concerns, instead of a “metal floor with punch set holes for draining”; can we use a complete chemical resistant interior to keep heat in, but still be easily cleaned?
A: If the surface can be sealed for decontamination it would be considered.
Q: Is the overall size of the trailer firm?
A: The trailer length may be changed as long as the trailer is still functional and manageable.
Q: As length has been changed, may we make this “total overall size” as the width may very as well.
A: Yes, as long as the trailer is still functional and manageable.
Q: What was changed in the SOW on 5/6/2016?
A1: The last sentence for the Fire Pump listed a block heating source for cold weather operations, it has been modified to include other methods as long as it maintains above freezing temperatures.
A2: The nozzle section was found to be redundant of need as it is covered in the decontamination section and the last sentence removed due to this fact.
A3: Other supplies and services for each unit packaging the phrase was added “or replacement mechanical seals”.
