Solicitation AG-6395-S-15-0133 Amendment 2, 09/03/2015

1.0 PRICE SCHEDULE

The Government intends to award multiple commercial, firm-fixed price (FFP) indefinite-delivery indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract(s) for vaccines and vaccine combinations effective against Eurasian highly pathogenic avian influenza virus H5 clade 2.3.4.4 (EA H5) in order to establish an emergency vaccine stockpile. The vaccine stockpile will be used for emergency vaccination and to supplement commercial supplies as part of a larger vaccination campaign. A range of vaccine platforms will be considered, including inactivated vaccines, modified-live vaccines, nonviable/nonreplicating vaccines, gene-based vaccines, or any novel platform that meets the expectations for performance, amounts, and timing for delivery of these biologics detailed in the statement of work. Orders will be issued as necessary over the course of resultant contract(s) to meet surge requirements for off-the-shelf EA H5 vaccines. The Estimate Quantity of 500,000,000 below is the maximum quantity that would be ordered for the stockpile. It is USDA's intent to purchase lesser amounts of vaccine from each awardee in order to retain diversity of function within the stockpile.

The minimum guaranteed order amount required by this contract is $6 million worth of doses. There is no guarantee that additional doses will be ordered throughout the remaining life of the contract.
