About this file

This document is a Statement of Requirements (SOR) for Air Force ROTC (AFROTC) marketing items. The requirement aims to enable 145 AFROTC detachments, 4 regions, and headquarters to purchase marketing materials from government-approved vendors for recruiting efforts. Required items include a diverse range of promotional products such as pens, stress balls, signs, banners, stickers, bags, t-shirts, polo shirts, caps, sunglasses, water bottles, tumblers, and travel mugs, all of which can be customized with AFROTC and detachment logos and contact information.

The solicitation covers nationwide delivery to detachments across the United States, including Hawaii and Alaska, with potential additional services like installation and training for specific items such as flight simulators. Vendors must provide new items with standard manufacturer warranties, and the quantities will vary based on individual detachment recruiting needs. This is a Sources Sought notice for market research purposes issued by the Department of the Air Force Air Education and Training Command, seeking to understand vendor capabilities for fulfilling these marketing item requirements.
