About this file
This is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for AFROTC advertising and marketing items. The Air Force is establishing a contract vehicle to provide 145 AFROTC detachments, 4 AFROTC Regions, and HQ AFROTC with access to government-approved vendors for purchasing customized marketing and recruiting items. The requirement eliminates the need for detachments to rely on limited Government Purchase Card (GPC) resources for hundreds or thousands of annual purchases. Vendors must demonstrate capability to provide a diverse range of tailored promotional items featuring AFROTC and detachment-specific logos, contact information, and custom graphics.
Required products include, but are not limited to: pens, stress balls, signage, banners, stickers, bags, T-shirts, polo shirts, caps, sunglasses, water bottles, cups, tumblers, travel mugs, and related promotional merchandise. Order quantities will vary based on specific recruiting needs of individual AFROTC detachments and regions. The contract is administered by the Department of the Air Force Air Education and Training Command (AETC). Interested vendors should be prepared to provide pricing for multiple item categories and demonstrate flexibility to accommodate varying order sizes and customization requirements for recruiting initiatives.
