This is a notification regarding a rescheduled site tour for the Armed Forces Retirement Home (AFRH) Golf Course procurement. The site tour, originally scheduled for December 11, 2024, has been rescheduled to December 18, 2024, from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM due to weather conditions. Interested parties who have not previously registered must RSVP to Tim Sheckler at GSA by noon on December 16, 2024.

The related opportunity is an RFQ seeking a partner to renovate and manage AFRH's historic 9-hole golf course, driving range, and related facilities in Washington, DC. The project covers approximately 108.5 acres in the southwestern corner of the 272-acre AFRH campus. GSA is providing administrative support, though AFRH will make the final selection decision. Qualified respondents who submit the required information will be shortlisted to respond to an RFP expected in early Q2 2025. The procurement is being conducted under AFRH's Title 24 USC Chapter 10 authorities.
