About this file
This document is an Affidavit of Non-Collusion for Flagler County, Florida, designed to ensure ethical bidding practices for a county procurement process. The affidavit requires the Offeror to swear that they are submitting the proposal independently, without collusion with other parties, and that no Flagler County Board of County Commissioners' officers, employees, or agents have a conflicting interest in the proposal.
The form provides a template for an authorized representative to complete, including spaces for signature, date, printed name, and notarization. The document's primary purpose is to legally attest that the bidding process is fair, transparent, and free from improper coordination or conflict of interest, which is a standard requirement in government procurement to maintain the integrity of the competitive bidding process.
