Aerial_Central_Campus.pdf

This is an aerial photograph document related to the City of Pembroke Pines' artificial turf replacement project at Central Campus Charter School in Florida. The image provides a bird's-eye view of the Central Campus facility, showing the layout of the grounds, building structures, and existing turf areas that are subject to replacement under this solicitation. The photograph serves as a visual reference for bidders to understand the physical scope and dimensions of the project site, allowing contractors to assess the area requiring artificial turf installation and evaluate site conditions, accessibility, and surrounding infrastructure relevant to project planning and cost estimation.

The aerial image is an essential supporting document for contractors preparing bids on this multi-site artificial turf replacement project. By providing a clear overhead perspective of the Central Campus location, the photograph enables prospective bidders to conduct preliminary site analysis without necessarily visiting the location in person, though site visits are typically encouraged for comprehensive project evaluation. This visual documentation supports accurate bid preparation by clarifying the specific areas, dimensions, and configuration of the turf replacement work required at this particular campus location among the three schools included in the overall solicitation.
