Deliverables include detailed scaled as-built construction drawings for each building and all subsystems with connection details, foundation system specifications, and an assessment report with structural calculations validating code compliance and structural integrity. The contractor is responsible for conducting necessary test pits and material testing (destructive and non-destructive) to evaluate reinforcing layout and material properties such as soil condition, concrete strength, reinforcing steel, structural steel, bolts, and welding.
Selection will be based on the following evaluation criteria in descending order of importance: relevant professional qualifications for projects valued at minimum KWD 100,000 within the past three years; specialized experience and technical competence; demonstrated success on similar projects including quality of work, schedule compliance, cost controls, and project management with supporting documentation of five recent projects showing budget, award amount, final design estimate, and construction changes; personnel capacity to accomplish work within required timeframe; knowledge of project locality; and current licensure as an Architect-Engineering firm in the State of Kuwait.
