About this file
This document is a Questions and Answers (Q&A) record from the ADG/JFS 2026 Public Informational Meeting. The Q&A session addressed three key points: confirmation that Failure Factor Reports will be provided for both ADG and JFS, assurance that meeting slides will be posted to SAM.gov, and clarification on contract pricing flexibility. Specifically, the document emphasizes that this is a Firm Fixed Price contract, and contractors will not be able to request pricing changes if Failure Factor Reports differ from their initial pricing assumptions. The Failure Factor Reports are explicitly stated to be for reference only and will be included in the solicitation with clear language indicating their reference-only status.
