About this file
The document "Additional Terms and Conditions.docx" outlines the requirements for a state and local contract opportunity issued by the Alabama Department of Conservation and Natural Resources to purchase archery targets. The contract will be awarded "all or none" to the lowest responsible bidder who meets all specifications, with a 12-month base period and up to four 12-month extension options. Suppliers must submit bids through the Alabamabuys supplier portal, providing a unit price and supplier part number. The archery targets must be new, unused, and manufactured by Morrell Targets, with no substitutions allowed.
The contract includes provisions for price escalation and de-escalation, requiring documentation for any proposed increases in labor or materials costs. Suppliers must respond to any additional information requests within 5 days or risk rejection of their bid. Freight charges must be included in the bid prices, as the contract is F.O.B. destination.
