About this file

This document outlines the Additional Terms and Conditions for a contract opportunity issued by the State of Alabama for the procurement of law enforcement summit books. Suppliers must submit bids through the Alabama Buys supplier portal, and awards will be made on an "all or none" basis to the lowest responsible bidder meeting all specifications. The State will only allow up to 2 decimal places when submitting proposals, and suppliers will be required to provide proof or sample copies to the Agency contact before production. Suppliers must contact the delivery facility one week in advance to coordinate the delivery time.

The document also includes provisions regarding defaults, where the State may procure the goods or services from other sources, and the defaulting supplier will be responsible for any additional costs incurred. Suppliers must submit questions through the vendor portal by July 22, 2024, and any additional requested information must be furnished within 5 calendar days.
