About this file

This document outlines the additional requirements for a state and local contract opportunity issued by the Nevada State Purchasing Division on behalf of the Nevada Department of Wildlife - Fisheries Management. The contract is for the supply of hatchery fish food to various locations in Nevada, including Boulder City, Yerington, Ruby Valley, and Baker. The contract has specific minimum protein requirements for different types of fish feed, as well as delivery specifications, such as load sizes, truck requirements, and palletization needs. The contract is an open term contract, with vendors required to provide lead times and be willing to work with individual hatchery managers on delivery schedules.

The document also provides information on estimated freight charges and delivery lead times for different weight ranges and delivery locations. Vendors must include any additional charges for wrap/palletization, and inferior feed must be replaced within five days of delivery. The guaranteed minimum protein levels must be maintained throughout the contract term and any subsequent extensions.
