About this file
This document contains Additional Information Requirements for a state and local contract opportunity for Hatchery Fish Food. The Nevada State Purchasing on behalf of the Nevada Department of Wildlife - Fisheries Management is seeking vendors to submit solicitations for an Open Term Contract. The contract includes specific minimum protein requirements for Fry Feed (Starter), Grower (Fingerling #3 & #4), Production (Pellets), and Extruded (all) feed. Vendors must indicate if they can meet these requirements and provide any additional charges for wrap/palletize and estimated freight charges and lead times for delivery to the specified locations of Baker, NV, Boulder City, NV, Ruby Valley, NV, and Yerington, NV. Delivery specifications for each location are provided, including load size and truck requirements. Vendors must be willing to work with hatchery managers on delivery schedules, and any inferior feed must be replaced within five days of delivery.

Guaranteed minimum protein levels must be maintained throughout the term of the resultant contract and any subsequent extensions. Vendors must include any additional charges for palletizing and wrapping the feed, and provide estimated freight charges and lead times for the various delivery locations and quantities.
