About this file
This document is a product specification for medium green coveralls required under federal contract NIIN LLS048917 (Document Number 61917904). The coveralls are one-piece outfits manufactured from a 65% polyester and 35% cotton blend material weighing 5.5 to 8 ounces preshrunk cotton in a commercial two-up, one-down twill weave. All seams must be double-stitched and completely finished, with Velcro or equivalent hook-and-pile fastener tape required on the front closure, pant cuffs, sleeve cuffs, and pocket top. The garments feature a full collar, single front left-chest pocket (standard size), and elastic stirrups with reinforcing box-stitches at pant leg openings. No additional pockets or through-holes are permitted.
Size specifications are provided across five size ranges (Medium through XXX-Large) with specific chest, leg inseam, and sleeve inseam measurements and tolerances. All coveralls must be preshrunk prior to delivery and free of loose materials visible to the unaided eye. Manufacturer name and identifying number must be permanently marked on each garment. The contractor is responsible for meeting all specified requirements and must submit a certificate of compliance with each shipment confirming that the special instructions requirement (preshrinking) has been satisfied.
