About this file
This is Addendum No. 4 to a Request for Sealed Proposal (RFQC) issued by the City of College Park, Georgia for an Environmental Consultant Firm (Bid #020723). The City seeks to procure consulting services for environmental grant management and remediation activities. Sealed proposals were due no later than Tuesday, February 3, 2023 at 9:30 am EST at Jack P. Longino City Hall, 3667 Main Street, College Park, Georgia 30337. No pre-proposal or information conference was scheduled for this solicitation. Only one consulting firm will be selected for award. The selected consultant will manage environmental grant funding from 2019 through the present, with the specific remaining timeline and budget to be provided to the awardee upon selection.
The addendum clarifies that this is an open competitive bid process available to all interested firms, including any consultant who provided previous services. Subcontractors may be utilized, with estimated percentages of work allowable on the subcontractor form, provided the awardee notifies the City of any subsequent increases in work percentages. The City has active environmental cleanup grants, including a 2017 award that has been completed and newer funding cycles beginning in 2019 that remain active. Grant funding details, remaining timelines, and specific scope information for individual sites will be disclosed to the selected awardee, as some site scopes will not be fully defined until sites progress further through the grant program.
