About this file

This document is Addendum No. 1 to DEP Solicitation No. 2023014 for Environmental Site Assessment Services issued by the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (DEP). The addendum provides responses to questions posed by prospective vendors. The solicitation seeks services for environmental site assessments, with multiple awards expected. From 2013 to date, 101 task assignments have been issued under the existing contracts. The solicitation has a due date of June 19, 2023, which is a federal holiday, but the DEP confirms it will be open for business on that date.

The addendum provides information on the incumbent contractors, including Cardno, Inc., WSP USA Environmental & Infrastructure, Inc., GHD Services, Inc., and others, each of whom has been under contract for 10 years. The total contract amounts awarded to the incumbents range from $7,925 to $352,225. The DEP indicates there is no expected/specific contract budget as task assignments are issued for approved tasks. The addendum also clarifies the submission requirements and confirms the confidentiality of the respondents' rate schedules.
