About this file
This document is an addendum to a Request for Information (RFI) issued by the State of Florida, Agency for Health Care Administration, seeking industry information on services to support Electronically Stored Information (ESI) discovery and administer the e-discovery process. The addendum provides responses to written questions submitted by vendors. It clarifies that this RFI is for planning purposes only and no contract award will result. The anticipated procurement timeline is 8-10 weeks if a solicitation is issued. The agency does not have an associated contract value. The scope includes capabilities to associate referrals to a member, maintain, monitor, and track referrals, as well as subject rights request automation. The agency is open to best practices from vendors on these requirements. The current Clearwell license version is 10.1.3, with a total environment of 17TB. The agency may require migration services from Clearwell to a new e-discovery system. Additionally, the agency uses Laserfiche 10.3 and OnBase 10.0 and is open to vendor solutions that address subject rights and outsourced services.
