About this file

This Addendum No. 1 modifies the Request for Proposal (RFP) No. 2022-0012 issued by the City of Stockbridge, Georgia for a Downtown Pedestrian and Bicycle Connectivity Study. The addendum announces a revised RFP due date of 3:00 p.m. EDT on Thursday, June 9th, 2022, while maintaining the original question deadline of Friday, May 20th, 2022 at 12:00 noon EDT. The City seeks qualified firms to complete a Livable Centers Initiative (LCI) study covering a 0.8-mile segment of downtown Stockbridge, including analysis of US 23 from East Atlanta Road to Burke Street, Burke Street from US 23 to Davis Road, Love Street from Burke Street to East Atlanta Road, Jim Clark Drive from MLK Sr. Heritage Trail to Burke Street, MLK Sr. Heritage Trail from Lovejoy Street to Jim Clark Drive, and Lovejoy Street from Burke Street to MLK Sr. Heritage Trail. The study will compile recommendations from existing planning documents including the updated Comprehensive Plan (2018), Bicycle, Pedestrian and Trail Plan (2017), and Downtown Renaissance Strategic Vision & Plan. Due to COVID-19, the Pre-Proposal Conference was held via Web-EX teleconference rather than in-person. All prospective bidders must return the completed addendum with their bid submittal and obtain solicitation documents from the City of Stockbridge website or the Georgia Procurement Registry.

The addendum clarifies that the City of Stockbridge website serves as the official location for posting all solicitation addenda and contract award results, with prospective providers obligated to monitor both the City website and Georgia Procurement Registry for timely updates. The addendum does not address specific pricing terms, set-asides, funding sources, or contract duration details; these elements remain contained in the original RFP documents. Bidders must acknowledge receipt and understanding of the addendum by returning it with their proposal submission, with failure to do so potentially resulting in disqualification.
