About this file

Addendum No. 1 for the Florida State Guard's Request for Proposal (RFP) No. FSG-RFP-24/25-1006 for State Guard Uniform Apparel and Components was issued by the Department of Military Affairs on March 19, 2025. The addendum specifically modifies Section 7.9 Payment Method, adjusting the contract duration from three (3) to two (2) years with the ability to renew for three (3) additional one-year terms. The document outlines the process for individual purchase orders, requiring vendors to submit separate invoices for each order to the Division's appointed Contract Manager, with detailed documentation of product type and delivery location.

The addendum maintains the original requirement that the Division's Project Manager will review invoice prices for payment and serve as the primary liaison with the vendor. This modification appears to provide more flexibility in the contract term while maintaining strict documentation and payment protocols. The changes suggest a strategic refinement of the procurement process to potentially optimize contract management and vendor relationships for the uniform apparel and components procurement.
