About this file
This addendum to a continuing engineering services contract is issued by the Palm Beach County Water Utilities Department for Project No. PBCWUD 26-028, addressing utility hydrogeologic continuing engineering services. The addendum consists of a questions and answers section clarifying proposal submission requirements for prospective consultants responding to this opportunity.
The addendum clarifies two key submission requirements: First, consultants are required to submit resumes only for key personnel as requested in the Standard Form 330, rather than resumes for all personnel listed in organizational charts. Second, consultants may voluntarily include copies of Small Business Enterprise (SBE) certifications and prequalification letters in their proposals, with a recommendation that such supporting documents be placed in an appendix or attachment section at the end of the proposal submission. This addendum was issued on July 1, 2026, by Krystin Berntsen, P.E., PMP, Deputy Director of the Palm Beach County Water Utilities Department.
