About this file

This is Addendum No. 2 to Invitation to Bid No. RFB-104-25 issued by the Commonwealth of Kentucky Department for Facilities and Support Services, Division of Engineering and Contract Administration, for a Golf Course Bunker Project at Mineral Mound State Park in Eddyville, Kentucky. The addendum clarifies that all bunker outfall pipes are functional and do not require replacement; however, if any crushed or compromised outfall pipes are discovered outside the bunker cavity, the Department of Parks will assume responsibility for drainage amendments beyond that point. The project has an ASAP start date targeting Winter 2024/2025 with a 120-day completion goal, though the Commonwealth reserves the right to extend and adjust scheduling based on weather and other facility requirements.

The addendum specifies staging and storage locations for project materials, designating the lower pro shop parking lot and boat ramp parking lot as primary delivery and staging areas for sand and gravel. Polymer materials requiring heated indoor storage will be accommodated at the Maintenance Facilities adjacent to the golf course. Contractors are permitted to dispose of organic materials, including sand, gravel, and grass, at strategic areas provided on and adjacent to the golf course. This addendum was issued on November 8, 2024, and becomes binding upon the contract issued in response to this invitation to bid.

UPON THE CONTRACT TO BE ISSUED IN RESPONSE TO THIS INVITATION TO BID.

Item 1: Questions/Answers:
