This is an addendum to an Invitation to Bid (RFB-125-25) issued by the Commonwealth of Kentucky Department for Facilities and Support Services, Division of Engineering and Contract Administration, for the Tag Plant Relocation project at the Kentucky Correctional Institution for Women in Pewee Valley, Kentucky. The addendum, dated December 2, 2024, incorporates clarifications and modifications to the project specifications and drawings that become binding upon contract issuance. Key clarifications include specifications for lay-in ACT ceiling tile materials (Armstrong Fine Fissured Contractor White Mineral Fiber 2x4 Drop Ceiling Tile, model PP922A), requirements for concrete housekeeping pads beneath air handling units including all necessary excavation and grading with surface patching to match existing finishes, and identification of the existing fire alarm system as Cerberus located in the Main Electrical Room. Bidders are required to acknowledge receipt of this addendum on their proposal or bid form and must also refer to a separate addendum to be distributed by Lynn Imaging for any additional additions, deletions, or changes to specifications and drawings.

No pricing information, set-asides, incumbent details, funding sources, or contract term information is provided in this addendum document. The file serves solely as a clarification and modification notice to the existing bid documents for the Tag Plant Relocation project.
