The addendum provides clarifications and responses to five key questions from potential contractors regarding the waterline construction project, which involves installing approximately 285 linear feet of 6-inch C900 PVC waterline on Sapinero Drive and approximately 815 linear feet of 6-inch C900 PVC waterline on Cashmere Avenue north of East Loma Drive.

The addendum addresses critical project details, including disposal of excavated materials (which can be done at the Pueblo West Wastewater Treatment Facility), tax exemption status (Pueblo West Metropolitan District is tax exempt), contractor responsibilities for pressure testing, backfilling requirements, and water sourcing (contractors must rent a hydrant meter from Pueblo West Water Department). The document also includes a drawing modification for Drawing C1.0, specifically noting a location where a 6-inch cross must be installed as required, with specific station and coordinate details. The addendum serves to provide additional information and clarification to potential bidders, ensuring they have comprehensive understanding of the project specifications and requirements.
