About this file

This is Addendum No. 1 to ITB #031825 for LED Sign Replacement issued by the City of Clarkston, Georgia, dated February 21, 2025. The project involves replacing an existing LED sign with a new double-faced LED sign that must fit within the current encasing. The specific dimensions required are sign boards measuring 46.5" x 87.5" and a sign measuring 43" x 83". The city requires interested contractors to visit the location to determine the best double-faced equipment option for replacing the existing encased equipment.

The selection will be based on the most responsive bid for the equipment and other items listed in the specifications, rather than strictly the lowest bid. The addendum clarifies that the replacement sign must be the same size as the existing sign to fit into the current encasing, and provides specific measurements in response to bidder questions submitted through BidNet.
