5. 4.3 (d)- - Being that the container entrance door is only 7 inches off the ground what type of step is needed as this height falls within the Florida height step code?
See Section 4.3.a i. d) – Statement of Work – Contractor Responsibilities – Deliverables.
6. 4.3 (ii)- - Being that the St. Marks container doesn't seem to have a lightning arrestor system on it, Draft Contract for ITB-2024007 (8), Lightening Arrestor System Exhibit H, Pgs 35-37 shows what looks like a layout for an arrestor system on a Wells Cargo trailer, as it does have a Modular Deck system layout on its roof showing the handrails, which are higher than the arrestor system in this layout which would not allow for proper lightning protection.
The St. Marks container has a different type of lightning protection that was provided by Consolidated Analytical Systems (CAS) when they installed the container at St.
Marks. We require that the Lightning Arrestor system be installed on the containers.
See Attachment 1 – Draft Contract for ITB 2024007, Exhibit G and H for further details.
7. - 31- Also on Pg 31 Detail AU are the tie-down feet included for attatching the container to its foundation?
Yes. They are currently stored inside of the container.
8. - - Also, is this container located in the exact spot for its installation?
It is in the approximate location.
9. - - Along with the Latitude / Longitude and its north, south, east, and west direction location?
See answer to question number 8.
