About this file

This Addendum I document, issued by the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services (FDACS), addresses the Invitation to Bid (ITB No. FFS 24 25 156) for Audio Panel Replacement and Installation for Kodiak 100 Aircraft. The addendum specifically clarifies a technical question regarding marker beacon receivers, confirming that the intent of the solicitation is to have one marker beacon installed in each of the two Kodiak aircraft, despite the original bid specification calling for two receivers. The document was dated June 16, 2025, and provides vendors with clarification on the installation requirements, noting that the aircraft was originally delivered with only one marker beacon antenna installed.

The addendum reinforces that all other terms, conditions, and specifications of the original Invitation to Bid remain unchanged. It provides contact information for the Purchasing Office at (850) 617-7181 or Bids@FDACS.gov for any additional questions. The document also includes standard protest procedures for bidders, outlining the process for filing protests with the Department's Agency Clerk at the specified physical address in Tallahassee, Florida, in accordance with Section 120.57(3) of the Florida Statutes.
