A pre-offer conference was scheduled for January 21, 2026, with written inquiries due by February 4, 2026, and sealed proposals originally required by February 11, 2026, at 11:00 a.m., now extended per this addendum.

The City reserves the right to award contracts to multiple vendors and purchase additional quantities up to 100 percent of estimated quantities at the same solicitation prices. Offerors must acknowledge receipt and acceptance of this addendum through the City's Procurement Portal.
