About this file

This document is Addendum #3 to Request for Proposals (RFP) 5826 for Learning Collaborative Facilitation Services issued by the Oregon Health Authority (OHA). The RFP seeks a contractor to provide facilitation services for a Learning Collaborative focused on addressing complex issues in culturally and linguistically specific Behavioral Health services. The Contractor will guide approximately 15 participants in the Learning Collaborative sessions. OHA will provide expert Technical Assistance to support the Contractor as deemed necessary. The RFP schedule has been amended, with the deadline for questions/requests for clarification extended to January 26, 2024 and the proposal due date remaining on February 13, 2024.

The RFP also outlines the Contractor's responsibilities for the "on-site OHA Conference" at the culmination of the engagement, which includes confirming participation of keynote speakers and presenters, and providing guidance and support for presentation development. The amended RFP provides more details on the Technical Assistance that OHA will provide to the Contractor, including expert guidance, support for presentation development, and contributing to the on-site Conference presentation development.
