About this file
This document is Addendum No. 3 to Invitation for Bid No. IFB NO. BPM043239 (BWI-24-004-M) issued by the Maryland Aviation Administration (MAA). The addendum changes the bid submittal due date from Thursday, April 25, 2024 to Thursday, May 2, 2024 at 2:00 PM, and the bid opening date/time from April 25, 2024 to May 2, 2024 at 2:30 PM. The contract opportunity is for Cessna 206 Aircraft Maintenance & Repair of Engine and Airframe as needed on a time and material basis for 3 years. The addendum addresses vendor questions regarding distance requirements, work over $30,000, priority service, and allowance for travel time and expenses for offsite work.
The revised bid sheet allows for a deposit for large cost work tasks, and the request for travel time and expense for offsite work is deemed reasonable at the stated Labor Rate Hours. The contract is for the state of Maryland and does not mention any set-asides, incumbents, or specific funding sources.
