About this file
This document is an Addendum to Invitation for Bid No. IFB NO. BPM043239 (BWI-24-004-M) issued by the Maryland Aviation Administration (MAA). The Addendum provides clarification on the maintenance and repair services for a Cessna 206 aircraft. The aircraft will be brought to the repair station at Hagerstown airport for all scheduled maintenance, and for unscheduled maintenance if the aircraft is airworthy. The contract has a $90,000 limit over 3 years, with payment made after services are performed and invoiced, not as upfront money.
The related state and local contract opportunity is for Cessna 206 Aircraft Maintenance & Repair of Engine and Airframe as needed on a time and material basis for 3 years in the state of Maryland.

ADDENDUM NO. 1
Invitation for Bid No. IFB NO. BPM043239 (BWI-24-004-M)
MARYLAND AVIATION ADMINISTRATION (MAA) TO ALL CONTRACTORS OF BID
DOCUMENTS:
This Addendum is being issued to amend and/or clarify certain information contained in the above-referenced IFB. All information contained herein is binding on all Bidders who respond to this IFB.
QUESTION: We would like to know if the 206 would be brought to our repair station at the
Hagerstown airport for regular and unscheduled maintenance.
ANSWER: 206 would be brought to repair station for all scheduled maintenance needs. For unscheduled needs, if 206 is airworthy, it would be brought to repair station.
QUESTION: We need clarity on the $90k (30K per year for 3 years). Is that just a payment for the contract, or upfront money that gets debited against?
ANSWER: The $90K is a contract limit. Scheduled and unscheduled needs (as well as available budget for that year) will dictate how much is spent in 1 year of the 3-year contract. This is not upfront money paid to repair station and debited against for services. Payment will be made after services performed and invoiced.
