About this file

This document is an Addendum 3 issued by the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services (FDACS) related to Invitation to Bid No. ITB FS 22 23 65-REBID AUTOCLAVE. The bid seeks to obtain competitive bids for the outright purchase and delivery of two small autoclave steam sterilizers to be used in Leon County and Tampa City, Florida. The addendum provides answers to vendor questions, including confirming that the units will be free-standing, that vendors should quote for two new Steris SG-120 model units to replace the existing units, and that FDACS will not allow vendors to include clarifications or exceptions to the bid terms and conditions.

The contract opportunity requires vendors to provide pricing for the two autoclave units. The bid does not mention any set-asides, incumbents, or funding sources. Vendors must adhere to the bid terms and conditions outlined in Section 3.11 of the bid specifications.
