About this file

This document is an Addendum to a Request for Proposals (RFP) issued by Baldwin County, Georgia for the Golf Course Irrigation Pump Station project. The RFP seeks proposals for the manufacture and installation of an irrigation pump station for the Little Fishing Creek Golf Course. The Addendum provides clarification regarding the intake pipe specifications, allowing the contractor to sleeve the existing 18-inch intake flume pipe with a 14-inch HDPE or ADS pipe. The desired pump performance is 1,200 GPM at 120 PSI, but the county only requires 90 PSI at this time. Contractors may also propose alternative options to the specifications provided in the previous Addendum.

The RFP outlines the county's requirements and allows for contractors to submit separate options if they have an alternative to the specified intake pipe configuration. The contract term and any renewal options are not provided in the document.

ADDENDEUM 2:

REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP) FOR GOLF COURSE IRRIGATION PUMP

STATION

RFP is hereby amended as follows:

1. MODIFICATION TO PROPOSAL- There is conflicting information about what we are requiring. In one section it says, Provide and install 1ea. 80’ of 18” SDR 17 HDPE intake pipe” and in another section it says “and also install a new 80’ long x 14” diameter SDR 17 HDPE intake flume pipe that will be mechanically joined to the new HDPE wet well using a fabricated stainless steel, flange adapter.”

We want to provide clarification. The county will accept sleeving the existing 18” intake flume pipe with a 14” hdpe or ads pipe.

2. The desire is to have 1200 GPM at 120 PSI from the pump station, but we only want it to run at 90 PSI for now. If you have an alternative to what is specified in Addendum 1 you can offer a separate option.

The above Addendum is hereby acknowledged:
