The PADOC is seeking an integrated tablets and software services solution, with a requested quantity of 150-200 tablets. The Addendum provides details on how respondents should submit their responses, including attaching the Addendum itself. The PADOC indicates that it is not requesting or requiring confidential proprietary information or trade secrets to be included in the submissions, and that any such information will be returned to the vendor.
Regarding funding, the PADOC has not allocated any specific funding for this effort, and would need to use general funds or potential grant resources. The PADOC has also not determined a timeframe for when a formal solicitation might be issued, should they decide to proceed with procurement. The PADOC contacts for this effort are Jodi Crum or Missy Dedman-Hiner, though all questions should be directed to Mary Ann Higgins.
