About this file
This document is an Addendum (No. 2) issued by the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) for Invitation to Bid (ITB) No. DOT-ITB-25-7025-EG, specifically for Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) System Maintenance for the Tampa Bay SunGuide Center. The addendum modifies the original ITB timeline, updating the Posting of Intended Decision/Award date to June 3, 2025, at 5:00 PM. The bid opening date remains May 21, 2025, and bidders are required to acknowledge receipt of this addendum by completing and returning it to the Procurement Office by the bid opening time, with potential disqualification for failure to do so.
The addendum does not provide details about pricing, contract value, or specific HVAC maintenance requirements. It primarily serves as a procedural update to the procurement timeline. The document includes standard legal language regarding protest procedures under Florida Statutes, specifically referencing Section 120.57(3), which outlines the process and potential waiver of proceedings for bid protests. The procurement agent for this solicitation is identified as Enrique Garcia, and the document provides a template for bidders to acknowledge receipt of the addendum.
