About this file
This is Addendum 2 to IFB Number 24C366003 issued by the California Highway Patrol for Generator Maintenance Services at the CHP Cordelia CVEF facility. The addendum makes two key changes to the original IFB: replacing Exhibit A in its entirety to update additional equipment to be serviced (including one Kohler 255 KW diesel generator and one Generac 200 KW diesel generator), and replacing Exhibit B to update the CHP Invoice approver. The scope of work includes quarterly, annual, and 480-hour maintenance services, as well as load bank testing at the beginning of each contract year.
The contract specifies that invoices must be submitted quarterly to the CHP Cordelia CVEF office, with payment made in arrears according to Government Code requirements. No funds are allocated in this contract for miscellaneous repairs - any repairs discovered during routine maintenance must be separately proposed and approved through a different contracting process. The contract requires contractors to hold valid local/county business licenses and C-10 Electrical Contractor License, along with appropriate insurance coverage. Specific pricing terms are listed as "TBD Upon Award" in the documentation.
