The contractor is responsible for replacing or correcting any defects at no cost to the Commonwealth if notified by the Purchasing Office. Should the contractor fail or refuse to address deficiencies, the Commonwealth may correct or replace materials with similar items and charge the contractor for all associated costs or obtain an equitable adjustment to the contract price.
