About this file
This document is an Addendum to an Invitation to Bid (ITB) issued by the Oregon Department of Forestry under the Good Neighbor Authority (GNA) for archaeological heritage survey services on the Crooked River National Grassland of the Ochoco National Forest. The ITB seeks a contractor to complete Phase 1 of the survey work, beginning within two weeks of receipt of a survey permit and record search results from the Ochoco National Forest and ending on June 30, 2024. The scope of work includes field data collection and recording of new cultural resources. The contract timeline estimates six to eight months per survey phase, with specific dates to be determined for any additional phases.
The pricing terms have been modified to allow for a progress payment after the completion of field work and the final deliverable, instead of a single lump sum payment. The contract is open to all bidders, with no set-asides identified. The surveys are funded through the GNA, though the specific funding sources and amounts are not provided in the document.
