About this file

This document is an Addendum to the Request for Proposals (RFP) No. 2023-1 issued by the Office of the Legislative Counsel for the State of Oregon for printing the Oregon Revised Statutes, Oregon Laws, and associated publications. The addendum modifies the delivery specifications and dates, as well as the requirements for the deposit amount and delivery timeline for the 2023-2024 Oregon Laws volumes. Specifically, the contractor may propose an alternative delivery date for the 2023 edition of ORS that is not later than January 19, 2024, and the 2023-2024 Oregon Laws volumes must be delivered within 100 days of receiving the electronic files from the agency, with the agency potentially giving preference to proposals that meet the 100-day delivery timeline.

The contract opportunity involves providing printing services for the State of Oregon, as well as the jurisdictions of Marion County and the City of Salem. The contract includes producing the Oregon Revised Statutes, Oregon Laws, and related publications. The solicitation addendum provides details on the specific requirements, including the delivery schedules, deposit amounts, and alternative delivery timelines that may be proposed by bidders.
