REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL

ON-CALL ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR TRANSPORTATION PROJECTS

UTILIZING STATE AND FEDERAL FUNDING SOURCES

RFP #2026-01

Addendum #1

A pre-proposal conference (optional) was held on Thursday, August 13, 2026 at 10am in the Town of Orange Community Room located at 235 Warren Street, Orange, VA. Representatives from five firms were in attendance.

A question was raised regarding submittal of information as follows:

I wanted to follow up on a question I raised during the meeting regarding Section IV, Expression of Interest (EOI) Requirements. In the EOI Submittal Components table, under Understanding of Scope of Work, Item B states:

“Use this area to insert Technical Response/Scenario Questions. 2-page limit.”

However, I did not see any Technical Response/Scenario Questions included in the solicitation documents. Could you please confirm whether this item is exempt and therefore not required as part of the EOI submission?

The response to this question is that there are no Technical Response/Scenario Questions that need to be answered as part of this solicitation.

Attached is a copy of the power point presentation given at the meeting.
